A two day program aimed at broadening and deepening intensive listening skills by developing core competencies in listening with both heart and mind.
Introduction to Conflict Transformation
A highly interactive program, the Conflict Transformation workshop introduces the theory of conflict management and gives participants the opportunity to learn and practice open, honest and empathic conflict resolution skills.
